Lunar-themed bullion items are some of the most popular items we carry! This round gives you the chance to fill a gap in your Lunar collection rather than waiting for the next Year of the Dragon in 2024.
The obverse features a beautifully detailed dragon filling most of the field, with it's scales and claws highly detailed. Below the dragon is a rocky island jutting out of the ocean with highly stylized waves crashing against it. "2012" and "Year of the Dragon" are struck both in English and Chinese characters.
The reverse has the Chinese characters representing the dominant character traits of those born during the Year of the Dragon, along with the English translation for them - brave, power, strong, luck and honest. The fineness of 999 and weight of 1/2 troy ounce are also displayed here.
L'année du Dragon est l'année la plus populaire dans le calendrier lunaire et ce produit constitue un cadeau idéal pour ceux nés en 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964,1976, 1988, 2000 et 2012.
