The obverse of this round portrays the left facing bust of Lady Liberty surrounded by thirteen stars, representative of the thirteen original American colonies. Below the proud bust is the coins year of issue.

The reverse holds the emblem of America, a bald eagle clutching an olive branch in its right talon and arrows in its left, with crest of the American flag at its center.
