The reverse design by Canadian artist Claudio D'Angelo captures the Bald Eagle in a feat of prowess and grace that knows no equal.

The scene depicts the eagle just as it snatches a salmon out of the water.

The splash, just visible behind the eagle gives the impression that it just happened as it prepares to leave with its prize.

The skill necessary, not only to see the fish, but also to time the descent and snatching in order to catch a fish from such a distance still entrances bird lovers and scientists today.

The scene is completed with a treeline on the distant horizon and the words "Canada 2014 20 Dollars" and the artist's initials.
