There is nothing more beautiful than a bald eagle in flight.

The reverse of this coin features a design by Canadian artist Claudio D'Angelo of a bald eagle in flight.

There is a mountain and a lake both behind and below it at the same time.

Engraved above are the words "Canada 2014" and below "100 Dollars" and just under the eagle's tail are the artist's initials.

The obverse features the traditional Susanna Blunt effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the words "Elizabeth II D.G. Regina".

This is the third coin of the $100 for $100 series by the Royal Canadian Mint and contains 1.016 ozt of 9999 pure silver. It comes in a printed wildlife box featuring the bald eagle.

The mintage is limited to 50,000 worldwide and like the two coins before it in this series, it won't last long.
