COIN HIGHLIGHTS

  • Ships individually in protective packaging
  • Consisting of 1 oz of 9999 Fine Silver
  • Obverse: Features an effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

In 1935, a commemorative silver dollar was struck for King George V's Silver Jubilee. The coin marked 25 years of George V as the King of the United Kingdom and was the first-ever Silver Jubilee celebration of a British monarch.

The 1 oz 2017 Canadian 150th Special Edition Voyageur Silver Coin is a tribute to the trade and pioneer soul that birthed the nation of Canada and to the commemorative silver dollar struck for King George V's 25th year as King of the United Kingdom.

The 'Voyageur' image on the reverse is identical to the original 1935 release and depicts a canoe, carrying a Voyager and his guide, loaded with furs for trade.
